[bug] Wrong Factory address in Registry

There is bug in ethereum protocol - wrong Factory address in Registry (0xc4cb86d0e65ab836495f2cb097adcc0f5ff031aa instead of 0x54f04010FcfCfc95eC8Fd19Fe4cF57ADfBbb6136).
Due to this bug, the creation of new pools in Ethereum does not work now.
The bug occurred while updating an old factory to a new one.

This bug is also in BSC version.
Registry contract contains wrong Factory contact ( 0xa606666e47811bb71a9ca5cf24c5e1c447029bfc instead of 0xd6eAC7cf547002d289dC85954Ec0ABE217A9b80D).

How many votes does it need to pass ?,

Requires a minimum of 150 million votes

Thanks. Hopefully it won’t need my votes as I already paid to vote in the first version of the proposal - don’t really want to pay again if I don’t have to but I will if they’re the difference between passing and failing

The previous proposal didn’t get enough votes, so it was rejected. Votes between different proposals are not cumulative. Therefore, everyone needs to vote again on the new proposal.
